Deposit it non-refundable in the form of cash. It is refundable in the form of 2 classes when the student wishes to leave Yellow Easel.
In the case of late payments (After utilising 2 deposits before exiting Yellow Easel), that student’s time slot will not be reserved for them anymore.
In the case of a student being absent for class, parents are to notify the studio at least 24 hours in advance. if no notice is given, the student’s class credit will still be deducted
Class slot will not be reserved for inconsistent students (2weeks in a row of no-shows or no notification given).
Customers may freeze their packages for a period of up to 6 months, given that at least a week’s notice is given in advance
Packages are not allowed to be shared between different parties and sessions are non-transferable
Due to rotating schedules or unforeseen circumstances, teachers of the students may change from time-to-time
The studio and its staff will not be subject to any form of torment threats or abuse from any students or adults alike
We cannot guarantee the condition of students’ clothing during and after classes (Aprons are provided).
Students to bring their A3 portfolio bags and sketchbooks during classes
Parents are not allowed to enter the classrooms whilst class is in session.
For adults classes, the mixing of mediums is not allowed. only once the selected medium package is finished, then another one may be chosen
Students of Yellow Easel are to follow our set syllabus
Yellow Easel has the right to expel students for behaviours which are deemed distracting or threatening to other students.
Sessions are to be utilised before their set expiry date
